Ethan: I forgot my username and password!
ezAngel: Have no fear ezAngel is here!
Ethan: How can you help?!
ezAngel: Simply go to our homepage and select “Forgot” next to Username and follow the instructions provided to regain your username!
Ethan: Sounds easy enough!!
ezAngel: You will be asked to enter the email address OR phone number you used to register your account. This is where you will receive a verification code.
Ethan: What’s that?
ezAngel: It’s a randomly generated code used to verify your identity! Please remember that the code is only valid for 30 minutes. It’s also worth checking folders other than your inbox if choosing to receive the code to your email address!
Ethan: Like Spam and Junk folders? Good idea!
ezAngel: Once you have your username you must follow the same process but select “Forgot” next to Password and remember to use the email address OR phone number you used to register your ezTaxReturn account!
